1. About us

2. Quotes & pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices include or exclude VAT as shown on your quote/invoice.
Variations or unforeseen works will be agreed in writing (email acceptable) before proceeding.

3. Booking & payment

A deposit (e.g., 30%) may be required to secure dates and order materials.
Balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept card or bank transfer via a secure payment link.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and disclose access/parking restrictions.
Ensure the work area is clear, safe, and accessible; an adult (18+) must be present to provide access.
Notify us of issues with frames, electrics, plumbing, or structural concerns that could affect fitting.

5. Our responsibilities

Provide services with reasonable skill and care by competent installers.
Remove and dispose of old doors only if agreed (see your booking/quote).
Follow health & safety requirements and relevant regulations.

6. Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or rebook up to 48 hours before the appointment without charge.
Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time/materials.
Bespoke or special-order items may be non-cancellable or non-returnable once ordered.

7. Guarantees

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties apply to doors/hardware per the maker’s terms.
Guarantees exclude damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or environmental conditions (e.g., excessive moisture).

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss unless required by law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
